**Immediate Hiring For A General Production Worker Located At Spokane Valley , Paying 18.75$/Hr** **Position Overview:** + **Role:** Operate Roll-Forming and Polishing machines to manufacture metal seals of various sizes. + **Tasks:** Load sheet metal bands, operate the machine using a foot pump, inspect parts during production, and polish seals with sandpaper. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Operate Roll-Forming and Polishing machines. + Load sheet metal bands onto roll-former machines. + Use a foot pump to shape metal into circular seals. + Inspect and polish parts during manufacturing. **Required Skills:** + Previous manufacturing experience. + Basic math and counting skills. + Experience with measuring tools like calipers. + Ability to perform cosmetic quality inspections. + Capability to work independently and follow instructions. + Enjoyment of simple, repetitive tasks. **Additional Qualifications:** + Ability to detect defects and fine details. + Flexibility in handling various tasks. **Work Environment:** + Clean, well-lit facility producing metallic seals for jet engines and other applications. + Three buildings with different types of seals. + Social work environment with close proximity to other machine operators. **Job Type & Location:** + **Type:** Contract to Hire position. + **Location:** Spokane Valley, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr.
