2nd (2pm -10pm) and 3rd shift (10pm - 6am), M - F

Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the production process runs smoothly. In this position, you’ll be responsible for tasks such as removing weld spatter, inspecting paint coverage, stacking shoes onto pallets, and accurately labeling parts. You will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment by adhering to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards. We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

Remove weld spatter and inspect paint coverage to ensure product quality.Stack shoes onto pallets and fill out part labels accurately.Uphold Environmental, Health, and Safety standards within the workplace.Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.Operate machinery and hand tools as needed to support production.Load and unload parts into machines and offloading areas.Handle steel bundles and use heat codes accurately.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Machine operation experience or a willingness to learn.Ability to stand for extended periods (8-12 hours).Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting.Good hand/eye coordination and motor skills.Ability to work in confined spaces and perform assembly and general production tasks.Experience using hand tools and performing basic inspections.

Additional Qualifications

Ability to read and write clearly.Strong communication skills.Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Work Environment

This is an industrial environment where personal protective equipment (PPE), including ear and eye protection, steel-toed boots with metatarsal guards, and hearing protection, is required. The work environment can be noisy and hot, but our team is dedicated to maintaining a safe and supportive space.

This is a contract-to-hire position based in Medina, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $16.75/hr.
