**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
Candidates will be responsible for assembling piping that goes into firetrucks, specifically for the water system. Day-to-day operations will include following blueprints and schematics, and possibly performing some light electrical wiring. The role is more mechanical in nature, with only minor electrical work involving 12V systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble piping for firetruck water systems.
+ Follow blueprints and schematics accurately.
+ Perform light electrical wiring, specifically with 12V systems.
+ Use hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
+ Inspect assembled components to ensure quality.
+ Measure and cut materials as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with hand tools and power tools (1-2 years).
+ Ability to read and understand blueprints (1-2 years).
+ Basic knowledge of 12V electrical systems (1-2 years, nice to have).
+ Proficient in using a tape measure.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
+ Physical ability to climb, twist, bend, stoop, and work overhead.
+ Must be able to stand, squat, grasp, and lift up to 40 pounds.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Hamburg, New York.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.
