**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** This individual will be working as a General Labor in this role they will be assisting in multiple areas. They will assist with tank cleaning, booth cleaning, sweeping, packaging, general production, and putting products away. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with variety and be a self-motivated individual who's looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with the company. **Responsibilities** + Assist with tank cleaning and booth cleaning + Perform sweeping and packaging tasks + Support general production activities + Put products away + Handle small part assembly and paint prep + Use small hand tools for various tasks **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of manufacturing experience + 6+ months of experience working with small tools/objects (medical assembly and nail technicians have relevant experience) + No more than 2 jobs in the last 3 years + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs + Capability to bend and access parts out of low and high shelving units or bins using a ladder + Self-starter who works well without close supervision + Good and effective communication skills to work with employees, customers, and vendors + check and physical **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in general labor, production, masking, taping, attention to detail, manufacturing, industrial, general production, assembly, painting, aerospace **Why Work Here?** The company has a no layoff policy and is growing with a focus on promoting from within. **Work Environment** Clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled environment. The work schedule is 4x10s Monday to Thursday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM with two 10-minute breaks and one 30-minute break. Occasionally, work may be required on Fridays from 7 AM to 12 PM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
