**We are hiring General Production Workers to join our team in Boulder, CO!** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Worker who will perform a variety of tasks in our production process. This role involves physical labor, including shoveling rock, assisting with equipment repairs, running sweepers, and keeping the production area clean. The ideal candidate will be versatile and willing to help with whatever is needed to ensure smooth operations. **Responsibilities** + Perform general production tasks, including shoveling rock and assisting with equipment repairs. + Operate sweepers to keep concrete clean and wash scrubber slabs. + Run clinkers for the screening and crushing department. + Grease and inspect crusher screens in the finishing plant. + Assist the clay feed attendant in keeping the clay chopped in the clay shed. + Maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas. + Grease equipment in all areas of production. **Essential Skills** + Experience with general labor and production tasks. + Proficiency in using hand tools. + Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, and climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required. + Capability to lift weights up to 60 pounds. + Ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy). + High school diploma or GED equivalent. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience running equipment is a plus. + Aggregate experience is beneficial. **Shift & Pay** + Tuesday - Saturday 7am-5pm + $25/hr **Work Environment** The work environment is varied and primarily outdoors, with conditions ranging from cold, hot, dry, dusty, to rainy. You will need to be physically capable of standing, stooping, bending, lifting, walking, and climbing. Safety and cleanliness are paramount, and all necessary tools and equipment will be provided. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Boulder, Colorado. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
