**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** The candidate will be working on the production line for a new ramp-up project. They will be assembling material, operating machines, inspecting parts, and preparing items for shipment. The role involves maintaining a clean and safe working environment during the night shift (10:30 PM - 6:30 AM) and requires availability to work Sunday through Saturday, currently on a 6-7 day schedule. **Responsibilities** + Assemble materials and operate machines on the production line. + Inspect parts after lifting them off the line and prepare them for shipment. + Assemble components as needed. + Maintain a clean and safe working environment. **Essential Skills** + Manufacturing - 6 months of recent experience. + Ability to lift 40 lbs. + Visual inspection experience. + Longevity at each job - 8 months or longer at past 3 jobs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical skills. + Experience with machine operating. **Why Work Here?** You will receive shift premiums even while training on days and become direct after 90 days. The role involves working overtime, which may include weekends during the launch period. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of TROY, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.35 - $16.35/hr.
