**Job Title: General Production Worker - Entry Level CNC** **Job Description** You will follow written instructions and work orders to set up and operate CNC machines to produce quality parts. You will work and learn alongside experienced staff as you perfect your skills. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate machines for production runs. + Ensure correct tooling and programs are being run for each job. + Adjust machine feed and speed, change tooling, and make adjustments to machine controls during machine malfunction. + Calculate machine speed and feed ratio, as well as the size and position of each cut. + Use precision measuring tools. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Ability to multi-task. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Shop math + Mechanical aptitude + Basic computer skills + Ability to use precision measuring tools is a plus + CNC or other machine operating experience is a plus + Ability to communicate and work well with others **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a clean, climate-controlled machine shop environment with frequent employee appreciation parties, a sign-on bonus upon conversion, and a raise upon conversion or after 90 days. **Work Environment** Clean, climate-controlled, well-spaced-out machine shop with a positive work environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eureka, Missour **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
