**General Production Worker (Grinder) - First/Second Shift- Kutztown, PA ($20)** **HOURS & PAY RATES:** + 1st Shift– Mon-Fri 7am – 3:30pm - $20 /hour + 2nd Shift - Mon-Fri 3pm- 11pm - $21 /hour + Would train on 1st for a few weeks then move to 2nd shift permanently **JOB DESCRIPTION:** + Positions castings on work bench using hoist + Visually inspects castings and notes what work needs done + Positions and manually guides grinder or chipping hammer along specified guidelines on edge or surface of casting + Uses production gauges to verify specifications of castings are to standard + Verify number and type of casting to be prepared for shipment + Performs general housekeeping /clean up in work area + Performs other duties as assigned **MUST HAVES / QUALIFICATIONS:** + Ability to operate job crane, grinder, air hammer and gauge + Knowledgeable of required specifications on castings + Regular and predictable attendance is required + Must have experience around heavy industrial machinery + Prior grinding experience its a plus _** Tour of the company would be provided before accepting job and would be available immediately **_ **Pay and Benefits** **The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
