**Job Title: General Production Worker (Paint/Press Brake)** **Job Description** We are seeking a versatile and reliable General Production Worker with experience in manufacturing and warehouse environments. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours and perform a variety of tasks across multiple departments. **Responsibilities** + Perform general assembly, packaging, picking, and packing tasks. + Assist with material handling and spot welding (a plus). + Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools. + Work on your feet for extended periods. + Assist machinists with setup, staging, and machine operating. + Conduct general production tasks, including inspection and machine setup. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to work independently and with a team. + 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. + Strong reliability and great attendance. + Comfortable working with hands and basic parts assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. + Spot welding experience is a plus. + Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple departments. **Why Work Here?** Our facility is relatively new, well-lit, and very clean. We offer ample opportunities for overtime, enabling you to earn extra income. **Work Environment** You will work in the fabrication area alongside other operators in a manufacturing environment. The area is separated from the rest of the assembly and packaging sections. We run two shifts with about 30 people on the first shift and around 15 on each additional shift. The dress code includes steel-toed shoes and comfortable wear (jeans, long sleeves). The warehouse is open, and you will have direct supervision from a line lead and a factory manager. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
