**Job Title: General Production** **Job Description** This is a project-based job focused on handling the returns of scaffolding at our location. The role involves assisting with the loading and unloading of scaffolding returns, using hand and power tools for assembly, and operating a sit-down forklift. You will also be responsible for inventory tasks such as counting, staging, stacking, and banding, as well as visually inspecting and repairing bent products. **Responsibilities** + Help with the loading and unloading of scaffolding returns + Lift up to 100 lbs by hand + Operate a sit-down forklift + Perform inventory tasks including counting, staging, stacking, and banding + Use hand and power tools for assembly + Measure using a tape measure to the nearest 8th + Visually inspect production + Repair bent products + Inspect equipment + Maintain productivity and keep up with workload **Essential Skills** + Hand tool experience + Sit-down forklift operation + Ability to lift 60 lbs + General labor and production experience + 6+ months of manufacturing experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Scaffolding experience (nice to have) **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values long-term employment and offers opportunities for growth. The facility specializes in building and renting out scaffolding for the construction industry. Employees are required to wear steel-toed boots. The position operates on the 1st shift from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
