**Job Title: General Production Worker $18hr to $22hr** **Job Description** - Responsible for trailers within the yard to facilitate shipping functions - Check shipments for issues - Check incoming and outgoing shipments for contaminants - Load, unload, and transport soybeans - Interact with customers - Hook and unhook trailers for movement to machinery - Inspect and refuel spotters as required - Seal outbound trailer doors - Conduct daily yard checks - Perform biweekly chassis checks for damage - Assist dock personnel with stocking the loading dock with supplies - Perform daily cleaning - Work with incoming trucks to ensure their product is wanted - Climb ladders if required to ensure machine dump is working properly - Perform both indoor and outdoor work (mostly outdoor) **Hard Skills** + Production experience of 2+ years + Manufacturing or Industrial experience **Soft Skills** + Willing to work out in the elements **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
