Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assume responsibility of profitability of the sales/finance departments Assist in developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts Lead the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing Maintain a strong focus on satisfaction of all customers Engage and motivate the team to achieve goals and performance expectations Hire, train, mentor, support and monitor the performance of the sales/finance staff Acquire Pre-owned Inventory to grow sales and profitability of the Used Car Department Utilize preowned inventory management reports to identify Sales and Market Opportunities

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

At least 2 years Automotive Management experience required Experience in maintaining the profitability of the sales department while controlling expenses and sustaining customer satisfaction Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors MUST be willing to adapt to Ciocca culture, processes, and procedures Experience in purchasing pre-owned inventory from various auctions and sources Appraisal knowledge with Vauto or Firstlook
