The Laboratory Shift Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day department operation. This position requires an individual who is highly skilled in clinical area as it relates to Laboratory results. This individual helps maintain excellent rapport among Laboratory, Physicians, Nursing Staff and other Hospital Departments. This individual works closely with the Laboratory Director to maintain policy, procedures and day-to-day operations of Department and Laboratory. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree Licensure/Certification/Registration State of Florida Laboratory Personnel (TN) license in all areas State of Florida Supervisor (SU) license - Preferred Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required Laboratory Experience: 5 Years
