Plans and monitors the total project to ensure budget, schedule, and quality are met and the project is completed as per design requirements. Takes corrective actions as needed. Manages the day to day activity of staff. Provides feedback on performance appraisals. Manages the development and training of staff. Approves paid time off requests (PTO) and ensures human resources policies are followed. Advises project management, clients, etc. on difficult construction or start‐up problems. Maintains continuous, open communication with the firm’s management, the client and subcontractors. Assists in preparing proposals and identifying potential clients and projects. Provides technical advice to other projects as needed. Ensures that staffing, equipment, and materials are available according to schedule. Performs other duties as required. Ensures all company, department, and technical policies, procedures and standards are adhered to. Implement policies as needed.
