**Job Title: General Superintendent** **Job Description** The General Superintendent is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The position requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of construction practices, and exceptional problem-solving skills to manage multiple teams, coordinate resources, and ensure adherence to all regulations. **Responsibilities** + Lead and supervise Division Superintendents and construction crews, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality of work. + Work directly under the Construction Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. + Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, and management. + Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications. + Maintain compliance with environmental and sustainability requirements. + Coordinate with Division Superintendents to ensure all field personnel receive appropriate training and development. **Essential Skills** + Strong leadership and supervision skills. + Project management expertise. + In-depth understanding of underground utilities, paving, concrete processes, and safety protocols. + Experience with construction management and supervision. + Proficiency in managing general contractors and subcontractors. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in construction and project management. + Knowledge of environmental and sustainability regulations. **Why Work Here?** We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits after the first 90 days. Typical shift time is from 7 am-4 pm, M-F but this may vary depending on the scope of projects. This is a permanent position based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $145000.00 Pay increases(s): With great performance, candidates can expect a pay increase after the first 30-60 days.
