Position Details: • Bread and Butter General Surgery • Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM to 5PM) • Call Schedule - around 15-20 days (additional pay) • More than 4 ORs at the hospital but 4 is what we commonly use • With DaVinci robots - will eventually upgrade. • Not a trauma hospital. • No need for admitting patients as this is handled by the hospitalist and medicine. • Can start immediately (2024 Preferred) • Salary Range: 350K-400K annually. • Base Salary + Productivity Bonus • Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance can be also given. • Position is in Victorville, CA - around 45 minutes to Ontario or Rancho Cucamonga.
