**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, staging, and assisting in small sorts. Occasionally, you may be asked to help operate equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks. This is a new facility, so flexibility and a willingness to take on various tasks are crucial. **Responsibilities** + Pick, pack, stage, and help in small sorts. + Assist with operating equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks when needed. + Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as required in a new facility. **Essential Skills** + Experience with picking, packing, and sorting. + Familiarity with RF scan guns. + Ability to operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Warehouse experience is a plus. + Experience with forklift, cherry picker, and reach truck operation is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and take advantage of working in a brand-new facility with state-of-the-art equipment. We operate on a 1st shift schedule, ensuring a structured and supportive work environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlestown, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
