Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Braselton, GA

Pay Range: $23 per hour

What's the Job?

Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and facility equipment. Provide emergency repairs of production equipment during operations and conduct scheduled maintenance. Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics to troubleshoot machinery. Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment. Document maintenance and repairs in GURU to maintain continuity among work teams.

What's Needed?

Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance with 2 years of experience or a Certificate in Industrial Maintenance with 5 years of experience. Currently licensed electrician with strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills. Ability to troubleshoot PLC and identify inputs and outputs in Ladder Logic. Must have own tools and be able to work in a physically demanding environment. Above average skills in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software.
