As a GenAI Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing GenAI applications, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. As a Generative AI Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in our data and ML operations. The primary responsibility will be to apply Generative AI and advanced machine learning and computer science techniques to develop, validate, modify, and test ML systems for specific business needs at an advanced level. What you will do: Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. - Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions. - Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, GenAI applications to solve business problems. - Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. - Use software design principles to develop production ready code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables. - Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate models. - Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning techniques. - Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of ML algorithms and techniques: supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning. Deep knowledge in NLP, Computer Vision, and GenAI, including GANs, VAEs, and deep learning architectures like Transformers, BERT, GPT, etc. - Strong programming skills in languages such as Python. Must be an expert in writing ML code. - Working experience with full-stack web development (Flask, Panel). - Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and Spark. Can build vector DB. - Hands-on experience in state-of-the-art ML and DL as applied to large-scale datasets. - Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and libraries (PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLTK, llama-index, Langchain). - Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques. Strong Math background. - Solid understanding of feature engineering, model evaluation techniques, vector DB, and RAG applications. - Working experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS). - Working experience with deploying, monitoring, and finetuning ML models, LLM models. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field). - Proven experience as a GenAI Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.
