Job Summary
We are looking for a Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience in the Cards and Payments domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Genesys technologies including CC Analyzer/CC Pulse+ Web Engagement Pulse Agent Desktop Composer Eservices CIM Platform and Voice Portal. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Genesys solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the integration of Genesys technologies with existing systems and platforms. Provide technical expertise in Genesys CC Analyzer/CC Pulse+ ensuring optimal performance and reporting. Implement and manage Genesys Web Engagement to enhance customer interactions. Utilize Genesys Pulse to monitor and improve system performance and agent productivity. Develop and customize Genesys Agent Desktop to streamline agent workflows. Create and manage applications using Genesys Composer to support business processes. Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Genesys Eservices for efficient customer service. Ensure the stability and scalability of the Genesys CIM Platform. Manage the Genesys Voice Portal to provide seamless voice interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Genesys solutions with business goals. Provide training and support to team members on Genesys technologies. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Genesys and the Cards and Payments domain.A Genesys Platform Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Genesys contact center platform including user access system configuration data integrity and overall system health ensuring smooth operation of the contact center by configuring call routing IVR menus agent desktops and reporting functionalities within the Genesys platform

Qualifications
Must have 10 to 12 years of experience in technology architecture specifically with Genesys solutions. Required skills include Genesys CC Analyzer/CC Pulse+ Genesys Web Engagement Genesys Pulse Genesys Agent Desktop Genesys Composer Genesys Eservices Genesys CIM Platform and Genesys Voice Portal. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid work model. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in day shifts with no travel required. Nice to have experience with other customer engagement platforms and tools. Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing complex technology solutions. Strong understanding of system integration and architecture principles. Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to team members. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.Certifications Required
Genesys Certified Professional Certified Payment Card Industry Security Implementer
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until February 21, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
