What You Will Do:

Review and update website content, answer phone inquiries, and email inquiries from patients/providers/general public about genetic and rare disorders Answer inquiries submitted to the Genetic and Rare Diseases Information Center (GARD) via phone or email. Conducted research to find relevant resources as requested or to assist callers with their inquiries. Participate in user testing to test new features and software updates as well as new processes of the GARD information center. 


What You Will Need:

Master's degree and minimum eight (8) years of experienceFamiliarity with Genetic and Rare Diseases Information Center (GARD)

M.S., Genetic CounselingCertified Genetic Counselor
