Labcorp Genetics, part of the LabCorp Specialty Testing Group, is seeking a motivated, self-starter to join a team of genetic counselors to support busy maternal fetal medicine practices in Los Angeles, CA. This individual will be responsible for providing in-person comprehensive prenatal genetic counseling services.
The Genetic Counselor will be required to work onsite in clinic in Los Angeles. Candidates must be located in the Southern California area or be willing to relocate.
The schedule for the position will be: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:

MA/MS in Human Genetics/Genetic CounselingABGC/ABMG certification or active candidate status requiredCandidates with current ABGC certification highly preferredPrevious prenatal genetic counseling preferredMust be able to obtain CA Genetic Counselor license prior to start dateHighly organized, including excellent time management skillsStrong multi-tasking ability with excellent attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and oralStrong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office**Salary Range: $94,000- $125,000 per year
