Coordinate the design, schedule and oversee drilling programs to ensure the provision of timely and accurate coal /Mineral volume data for analysis.  Prepare Sample advice,  collect sample, Lithology Correction Plan, test sample with CMPDI, CIMFR, Chemical Lab and analyze   the results for grade Supervise drilling  Site and give necessary instructions to drilling operators  Enter Geological data into Minex Modelling software, update Model estimate reserves  Prepare Geological Database , prepare reports. prepare geological maps with coal/ore markups, calculate  coal/ore reserves. Interpret geological data and develop mine level plans Ensure  quality assurance and control including regular laboratory audits Manage production and stockpile tracking Maintain and foster a working environment which prompts safety culture Provide support to Mining Team to optimize coal/ore extraction Work closely with relevant stakeholders to effectively communicate geological and grade reserves Conduct geological studies for other sites and  Prepare plan  for drilling.
