Job Description Who you are: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Force Effectiveness Junior Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play key role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales force by leading and reengineering processes across multiple critical areas. You will be responsible for: + Incentive Compensation: + Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing management of incentive compensation plans to align with strategic objectives. + Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. + Collaborate with finance and HR to ensure accurate and timely payouts. + Design implement and monitor documentation processes to ensure proper operational flows. + Manage communication with field force to ensure full alignment of expectations with sales team. + Sales Targets: + Develop and implement a robust sales target setting process, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. + Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to set realistic and challenging targets. + Monitor performance against targets and provide insights to drive improvement. + CRM and Visitation Cycle Plan Optimization: + Lead the optimization of our CRM system to enhance sales productivity and data quality. + Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows. + Train and support the sales team in effective CRM tools utilization. + Medical Panel Management: + Manage and optimize the medical panel refresh process, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. + Track and analyze medical panel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. + Process Reengineering: + Identify opportunities for process improvement across the sales force effectiveness function. + Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes. + Monitor process performance and make adjustments as needed. Qualifications Pre-Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Business Technology or a related field to the position. + Solid experience in sales force effectiveness, sales operations, analytics or a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry. + Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc). + Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva) and incentive compensation concepts and tools (e.g. ZS Javelin) + Excellent project management and organizational skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + A passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation. + Fluent English Additional Information AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives, serving our community and embracing diversity and inclusion.
