Contract Length: 4 wks
Number of Openings: 3
Start Date: ASAP
Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 3p-11p 37.5-40 HOURS,Every Other Weekend

The Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) performs directpatient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The Geriatric Nursing Assistant performs avariety of individualized patient care activities including bathing, dressing,feeding and transporting as well as related non-professional services necessaryin caring for the personal needs and comforts of the geriatric patientpopulation.
Minimum Requirements:
Active CNA with Geriatric Certification, required Experience with memory care patients, preferred Prefer one year of geriatric nursing assistant experience asa certified nursing assistant within the last three years. Graduate from certified nursing assistant program withsubsequent documentation as a certified nursing assistant per staterequirements with proof of verification as being an active certification andhaving the ability to be work with geriatrics per state requirements. •Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clerical functions.
