The FNOL contacts agent is responsible for
Handling customer queries in under 10 working days.Investigating customer complaints with the rental locations and providing damage documentation to support the charges.Working to maximise the customer experience by providing detailed responses that cover each of the customers points.Providing support to the Swiss damage collections team as needed.Key Result Areas
