German Legal Online Operations Analyst

OVERVIEW

We’re currently looking for German Legal Online Operations Analysts to join us in our International Hub in Lisbon. The main purpose of the role is to review, analyze and take action on reported online content.

Notice and takedown is a process operated by online hosts in response to court orders or allegations that content is illegal. It is widely operated in relation to libel and other illegal online content. This project supports removal of content on a search engine service that may violate the online law governed by DMCA.

You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual team and will be working onsite with and alongside internal teams for a leading online multinational company.

What you’ll do:

Reviewing and analyzing content, legal requests on an online platform. (On-site, from the office) Lisbon

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9am– 6pm

Days off: Saturday and Sunday

Channels: E-mail and Chat

Location: LACS Santos

Key responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing content on an online platform.

• This content is predominantly in form of reviews (textual content), but you could encounter other formats as well (photos, websites, etc.)

• Analyzing this content following certain set of guidelines by the client and these guidelines contain legal analysis.

• You will not proactively research legal systems of specific countries/markets, the legal part of the position is applying the legal framework/guidelines provided to this LOOA team, when reviewing the content.

• You will be reviewing process incoming legal requests (intellectual or non-intellectual property)

• E.g. Legal Requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, falsification

• Evaluate whether each request is indeed to be processed by the team project or whether there is grounds and validity for each request

• Understand and remain up to date with client's policies and guidelines

• Review the request within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality

• You will gain insights into specific types of digital law.

Good to have

• Strong English level

• Good communication skills, both verbal and oral

• 0 to 12 months of experience working in administrative tasks or other tasks that involve a lot of reading;

• Knowledge about BPO KPIs

• Proactive attitude and strong team-spirit

• Be organized and able to manage time and tasks efficiently

• Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills

• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver

• Make sensible decisions to deliver the highest quality results while paying strict attention to details
