Description du poste

Le gestionnaire, Évaluation des Technologies de la Santé (ETS) et Accès au Marché, est un membre clé de l'équipe qui mènera des stratégies de remboursement réussies pour maximiser les inscriptions des produits Bristol-Myers Squibb sur les formulaires. Ce rôle implique une collaboration avec des équipes transversales pour identifier et développer des stratégies et des tactiques visant à améliorer la proposition de valeur des produits BMS grâce à des initiatives/activités de remboursement et d'ETS innovantes et efficaces.

Responsabilités clés et tâches principales:

Le rôle de gestionnaire, Évaluation des technologies de la santé et accès au marché comprend ce qui suit:

Développement de Stratégie: Collaborer avec des équipes transversales pour identifier et développer des stratégies et des tactiques visant à améliorer la proposition de valeur des produits BMS grâce à des initiatives/activités de remboursement et d'ETS innovantes et efficaces.

Évaluations Économiques: Diriger la conception et le développement d'évaluations économiques pour le marché canadien.

Dossiers de Valeur: Développer des dossiers de valeur convaincants pour établir les preuves cliniques et pharmacoéconomiques de la valeur des produits BMS auprès des payeurs publics et privés canadiens.

Soumissions ETS: Fournir des soumissions d'évaluations des technologies de la santé (ETS) de haute qualité en temps opportun.

Liaison avec les Parties Prenantes: Servir de liaison avec les agences ETS (CDA, INESSS), les régimes provinciaux/territoriaux de médicaments, les payeurs privés, l'Alliance pharmaceutique pancanadienne (pCPA), les experts académiques, les spécialistes médicaux et d'autres parties prenantes.

Gestion de Projet et de Budget: Gérer les projets et les budgets dans les limites des objectifs et des délais fixés.

Expérience/compétences requises:

Expérience Professionnelle: Un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, en particulier avec une responsabilité fonctionnelle en économie de la santé et en planification et mise en œuvre de programmes de remboursement, est préféré.

Connaissances: Compréhension du paysage canadien de la tarification/remboursement des médicaments, des ETS et des formulaires de médicaments.

Compétences de Base: Faire preuve de passion, d'innovation, de responsabilité, de leadership stratégique et de rapidité. Capacité à équilibrer la réflexion stratégique avec une planification détaillée et une exécution tactique solide dans un environnement matriciel et transversal.

Multitâche: Prioriser efficacement et gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.

Communication: Capable d'adapter les informations scientifiques et techniques pour communiquer clairement et de manière concise à des publics variés.

Langue: Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.

Éducation:

Professionnel de la santé, MSc, PharmD ou PhD avec expérience en épidémiologie/économie de la santé/ETS ou dans des domaines connexes;

Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Job Description

The Manager, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and Market Access is a highly valuable team player who will drive successful reimbursement strategies to maximize formulary listings of Bristol-Myers Squibb products. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and develop strategies and tactics to enhance the value proposition of BMS products through innovative and effective reimbursement and HTA initiatives/activities.

Key Responsibilities and Major Duties:

The Manager, Health Technology Assessment and Market Access role entails the following:

Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop strategies and tactics to enhance the value proposition of BMS products through innovative and effective reimbursement and HTA initiatives/activities.

Economic Evaluations: Lead the design and development of economic evaluations for the Canadian market.

Value Dossiers: Develop compelling value dossiers to establish the clinical and pharmacoeconomic evidence of value of BMS products with Canadian public and private payers.

HTA Submissions: Deliver high-quality health technology assessments (HTA) submissions on a timely manner.

Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with HTA agencies (CDA, INESSS), provincial/territorial drug plans, private payers, pan Canadian Pharmaceutical Alliance (pCPA), academic experts, medical specialists, and other stakeholders.

Project and Budget Management: Manage projects and budgets within set targets and timelines.

Experience/Skills Desired:

Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially with functional responsibility in health economics and reimbursement planning and program implementation preferred.

Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Canadian drug pricing/reimbursement landscape, HTA, and drug formulary.

Core Competencies: Demonstrate passion, innovation, accountability, strategic leadership, and speed. Ability to balance strategic thinking with intricate planning and strong tactical execution within a matrix, cross-functional environment.

Multitasking: Prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Communication: Capable of adapting scientific and technical information to communicate information clearly and concisely to variable audiences.

Language: Fluent in both English and French.

Education:

Health care professional, MSc, PharmD, or PhD with experience in Epidemiology/Health Economics/ HTA or related fields;

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
