Descripción The Marketing Coordinator reports to the VP Brand, Marketing & Communications for Canada and the Caribbean and works directly with the Canadian team to execute marketing initiatives. Focused primarily on executing marketing campaigns, though tleadership and initiatives in support of driving organic growth, the Marketing Coordinator will be the “gatekeeper” between the Canadian Marketing + Communications team and the Canadian sales force on internal and external creative and production resources to deliver key marketing activities and programs, including lead generation campaigns, events, advertising, public relations and social media. Ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of corporate and brand standards. Other duties as assigned by the VP, Brand, Marketing, & Communications and Canadian MarComms Managers. Acerca de ti Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, and 3 years relevant experience in B2B marketing, commercial insurance experience is a plus. A project management certificate would be a plus. Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel. Experience with Workfront or other project management software/applications. Proven record of successful multi-project management. Experience creating and managing detailed work plans based on defined scope and objectives. Strong communication skills. Excellent time management & organizational skills. Insurance industry experience preferred.
