GI Coordinator
Job Summary  Provides leadership and direction for the Optimization of Gastroenterology Services. Provides direction for ongoing process improvement, change management through interdisciplinary work across settings and collaboration with all departments. Through mulit-disciplinary teamwork, promotes quality and integration with other disciplines and services to meet established organizational goals. Coordinates and communicates changes in workflows and process standardizations to improve compliance and operational efficiency.

 Job Requirement 

Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree – or Completion within 2 years Minimum Work Experience 3-5 years healthcare management experience, experience with project management Required Licenses/Certifications Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Ability to carry out obligations and duties of position. Advocate of quality and cost-effective care. Interpersonal skills. Excellent human relations and oral/ written communication skills. Understanding of management issues.
