Gift Entry Associate - FT - Foundation
**Hours of Work :** 8-5 **Days Of Week :** M-F **Work Shift :** **Job Description :** Your Job: Ensure that all donations received by the non-profit organization are accurately and efficiently entered into the Raiser's Edge database. Your role will involve working closely with the Non-Profit Operations Manager to manage the gift entry process and ensure that data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Your Job Requirements: + High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred. + 1-2 years of experience in gift entry or related administrative work. + Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar donor management software. + Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Commitment to the mission and values of the organization. Your Job Responsibilities: + Gift Entry: You will be responsible for entering all donations received by the organization into the Raiser's Edge database. This includes ensuring that all gift information is accurate and complete, assigning gift codes, and acknowledging donors for their contributions. + Database Management: You will work closely with the Non-Profit Operations Manager to manage the database and ensure that all donor information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. + Quality Control: You will conduct regular quality control checks on data entered into the database, ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. + Reporting: You will generate reports on gift entry and other fundraising metrics, monitoring progress towards fundraising goals and identifying areas for improvement. + Customer Service: You will respond to donor inquiries and ensure that all donor requests are handled in a timely and professional manner. + Acknowledgement Process: You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all donor acknowledgments. This includes preparing personalized letters, emails, or other forms of acknowledgement, ensuring that they are accurate, relevant, and reflect the organization's tone and voice. + Donor Communication: You will respond to donor inquiries and concerns regarding acknowledgments. You will work closely with the Non-Profit Operations Manager and other members of the development team to ensure that donors receive appropriate responses in a timely manner. + Gift Information: You will ensure that all gift information is accurately recorded in the database to facilitate timely and accurate acknowledgements. This includes working closely with the Non-Profit Operations Manager and the Gift Officers to ensure that all gifts are coded correctly. + Data Management: You will maintain accurate records of donor acknowledgments and related correspondence in the donor database, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and accessible to the development team. + Reporting: You will generate reports on donor acknowledgments, tracking progress towards acknowledgement goals and identifying areas for improvement.
