Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Front Office Assistant Care Guide is a clerical position that provides exceptional customer service throughout patient interaction, providing the first impression for a patient in person or over the phone. Serves as a vital part of the office team performing a variety of front office duties, caring for patients in the clinic setting, working closely with the provider and other clinical staff. As a Gig Care Guide, they control their own flexibility of preferred shifts/locations and create a schedule that work for them, on their time. There is no minimum number of hours needed to work but it is limited to less than 30 hours per week. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma/ GED Experience: Customer service experience Licensure/ Certification: American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers) within 2 weeks of hire Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Proven history of using good judgment, decision making, and displaying excellent customer service attitude.
