Role:
Technology Design to generate or adapt application to serve user needs.
Conducts tests to determine whether software or procedures are operating properly.
Produce quality functional and technical documentation.
Interact with a diverse group of customers (front-to-back office).
Understand and appropriately respond to clients' business needs.
Support Midstream GIS, ArcGis Server, ESRI ArcSDE & ARCMap systems.
Vendor software package implementations and support.
Perform rotational on call support for a 24x7 system.
Candidate qualifications will include:
Knowledge of gas & oil pipeline operations and procedures along with experience and proficiency with affiliated systems and GIS Application development using ArcGIS / ArcServer / ArcObjects.
Candidates need to have a broad level of technical proficiency across Microsoft and Open Source / Java platforms including expertise with most (if not all) of the following:
Silverlight / .Net (C#, ASP), VBScript Java, Jboss, JSF, Tomcat, Hibernate
Web: HTML, Perl, Flex, JavaScript / jQuery / ExtJS / DOJO
Data: SQL Server, Oracle, nHibernate/Hibernate, XML, DB Visualizer or TOAD, PL/SQL PODS (strong preference for New Century Facility Manager
Google Earth Server & client.
