Job Description

We are seeking a GIS Technician 2 with 2-4 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or certificate in Geographical Information Systems or a related curriculum. This role involves managing routine GIS tasks, including data management and map creation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with three days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday) and the remaining days remote. The office setting is a cubicle-style environment with around 40 employees as part of the GIS team in Atlanta, including both distribution and transmission teams. The work hours are flexible within core business hours of 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with a requirement to be in by 9 AM at the latest. Overtime will be on an as-needed basis and is at the employee's discretion at the start of every week. Employees can choose one week a month to work four 10-hour days to get that Friday off, providing a flexible and balanced work schedule

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
