Plan, execute, and control monthly and daily testing as per business requirements.Organize, monitor, and control the testing area, including employee assignments, working procedures, materials, processes, and tools to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.Support technicians by coordinating answers to technical and quality questions.Coordinate actions with support functions to resolve issues.Monitor key performance indicators for workstations and initiate measures to resolve or avoid problems if necessary.Conduct meetings with team members to discuss production operations, safety issues, and quality issues.Participate in Gemba meetings, Quality Gemba, 5S audits, and Safety Meetings.Plan, assign, and assist in the training and development of employees, tracking progress by updating the skills matrix and development plans.Organize, lead, and execute improvement projects and activities.Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.Perform key and important tests individually as per business requirements.Handle customer inspections and FAT for local and export customers.Manage process-level documentation and recordkeeping.The Challenge

Key Skills:
B.E. in Electrical Engineering with over 5 years of experience in the test field or relevant product.Diploma in Electrical Engineering with over 10 years of experience in the test field or relevant product.Flexibility to work in all three shifts on a rotational basis (First, Second, and Night).Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English to effectively communicate and interact as a leader for the facility and assigned production area.Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and procedures.Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques for optimizing processes and eliminating waste.Knowledge of leadership techniques for motivating and engaging a team to achieve a vision.Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and ExperienceKnowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures for supervised groups, and the ability to apply supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action.Strong digital literacy with self-directed learning of other applications, including all office applications, with a preference for experience using SAP.We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
