**Description:**
Responsible for providing daily administrative support for the Executive Director of Care & Rehabilitation and also periodic needs of the Executive office, supporting the Executive Assistant as needed. This position works every other weekend, Sat & Sun, 8a-1p (10 hours per pay period).

+ Execute discretion, confidentiality and independent judgement while performing duties
+ Establish and maintain courteous relationships with all contacts / visitors, both within and outside of the Glacier Hills organization
+ Make copies and / or scans of necessary documents and deliver as needed
+ Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
+ Assist in continuous improvement efforts to maximize efficient office productivity
**Standard** _(general functions of the job)_
+ Retrieve mail and make all necessary deliveries daily and as needed throughout the day
+ Maintain and order of office supplies, equipment supplies
+ Answer and screen telephone calls when needed
