Day & Night Shifts: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM (Be prepared for shifts up to 12-hours each day or until orders are complete order) Full-time Opportunity: 40 hours per week + Overtime as neededCompetitive Pay: $15.00/hr Days, $17.00/hr Nights (Nights includes a $2.00/hr Shift Differential)Paid Weekly: Direct Deposit or Pay Card optionsAffordable health and insurance after just 30 days: $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and FREE telehealth services!Contract-to-Hire Opportunity: NO temps here—with Ōnin, you are a Teammate from day one! What You'll Do as a Glass Fabricator:

Mark and tag identification on glass productsInspect glass for visual and material defectsOperate and assist with machinery in the production processRecord product information and maintain accurate quality recordsEnsure smooth product workflows by loading and unloading machinesMaintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment following 5S standardsCross-train in multiple production areasCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsMove items up to 50 lbs. repetitively in a fast paced manufacturing environement
