Job Title: Glazier Supervisor

Job Description

A Glazier Supervisor will oversee several workers across different glazing tasks and scopes. They need to ensure efficiency by organizing materials, daily operations, and coordinating with both office staff and on-site supervisors. The supervisor should professionally represent the company, effectively communicating between field and office teams. Experience in commercial glazing installation and layout & fabrication is essential.

ResponsibilitiesManage crews of 5 or more installers efficiently.Read and understand plans and shop drawings.Coordinate with superintendents.Complete daily documentation.Properly sequence work.Manage materials.Layout and field measure.Fabrication and installation of all glazing scopes.Essential SkillsExperience in commercial glazing installation.Layout and fabrication skills.Proficiency in caulking, swing stage work, door installation, frame installation, hardware installation.Expertise in curtain wall, stick-built curtain wall, storefront, storefront doors and hardware, herculite entrances, glass partitions, wind screens, and showers.Ability to read glass blueprints and submittals.Commercial construction knowledge.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift certification.Fall protection certification.Scaffold/swing stage certification.OSHA 10 hour certification.OSHA 30 hour certification.CPR certification.Certifications from any of the storefront/curtain wall manufacturers.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $93600.00/yr.
