**Job Title: Glazier Field Manager** **Job Description** The Field Services Manager will oversee daily field operations for glazing projects, ensuring that all jobs are completed on time, within scope, and according to company standards. This role will manage labor, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and lead the team to ensure efficiency and high-quality workmanship in all projects. **Pay** $32 - $38 pending experience **Location** Chatsworth, CA 91311 **Responsibilities** : + Project Oversight: Oversee field operations, managing multiple glazing projects including storefront installations, tenant improvements, and curtain walls. + Labor Management: Plan, schedule, and manage labor to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and projects are completed on time and within budget. + Team Leadership: Lead and develop a skilled team of glaziers, providing guidance and support to ensure top performance and adherence to safety standards. + SOP Development: Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and maintain consistent quality across all projects. **Why Work Here?** We are a reputable company with a strong track record.
