Our Global Pharma Strategy (GPS) team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by driving the strategic direction of our innovative product portfolio. As a member of the GPS team, you will be at the forefront of transforming groundbreaking scientific discoveries into accessible and impactful healthcare solutions for patients worldwide. The Opportunity:

Lead a team of experts responsible for synthesising global evidence, including real-world data for in-market products, to improve portfolio value and support global Policy and Ecosystem shaping initiatives. Lead all aspects of global Access Evidence Dossiers (AEDs) and EU HTA JCA dossier development, and results associated with evidence synthesis (e.g., systematic literature reviews, feasibility analysis for indirect treatment comparisons).

Ensure the Evidence Chapter has the right people, capabilities, and approach to drive collaboration, foster innovation, and impact patient access. Promote a diverse and inclusive culture as part of the Evidence Leadership Team.

Collaborate with colleagues in Global Access, Global Pharma Strategy, and Pharma Development to develop evidence suitable for reimbursement bodies. Support affiliates in their reimbursement application process.

Provide strategic and expert guidance, technical direction, and ensure methodological standards, enabling, leading, managing, and developing team members across the Evidence Chapter.

Align team's prioritisation to product-specific and above-brand work packages, develop actionable development plans for team members, and ensure the team meets or exceeds goals aligned with overall plans

Who You Are:

MSc, MPhil, PhD in health economics, epidemiology, statistics, or a related field with expertise in MS Excel (VBA) and statistical software (R, SAS). Proven skills in evidence synthesis for payer reimbursement, clinical trial or real-world data analysis, and affiliate pricing & reimbursement requirements.

Confirmed experience in leading and running global teams in a matrix environment, building technical capabilities of highly skilled teams, and strong communication skills to present Access Evidence work to internal and external partners.

In-depth understanding of stakeholder needs within the company and externally, coaching, and relationship building in a multicultural context. Knowledge of HTA systems, EU HTA Regulation requirements, with affiliate/country experience preferred.

Beyond Access Evidence/Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), preferred expertise in Access/Value Strategy and Pricing. Experience as a people leader is advantageous.

Awareness of the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digitalisation on Evidence Synthesis results, and the ability to make decisions related to digital tools affecting Evidence Synthesis work.
