The Global Account Representative (GAR) is responsible managing customer relationships with global strategic accounts based in Singapore. This role also includes overseeing the customer's global footprint within a designated region, geography, or locations. The GAR will implement a targeted growth strategy for each account to create value for the customer by leveraging Pall's resources, thereby achieving competitive differentiation and profitable growth. Additionally, the GAR will be responsible for achieving core growth (orders and shipments) within the allocated SG&A for specific global strategic accounts or their sections/parts.

This position reports to the Global Strategic Account Managers - MGAM and is part of the Global Strategic Accounts Team, located in Singapore - Benoi, and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: ​

Develop and implement account strategies and plans to achieve order, revenue, and margin projections for assigned accounts, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and presenting a unified “one face to the customer.”

Maintain and execute strategies and opportunities, regional/geographic synergies, and negotiated commercial terms while monitoring competitive activity and reporting to the Global Account Manager.

Keep detailed customer profiles and SWOT analyses for assigned accounts, leveraging internal resources such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to effectively serve the customers.

Build and maintain relationships with senior management and decision-makers in assigned accounts, identifying unmet customer needs and collaborating with Technology, Marketing, and Sales for new product development.

Contribute to the development of new products, applications, acquisitions, and alliances, and participate in the creation and execution of business plans for strategic accounts, driving the promotion and sales of new products.

The essential requirements of the job include​:

Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering

Min 3 years of experience in sales account management experience within the Semiconductor Industry

Self-starter and proactive with good communication skills

Demonstrates expertise in partnering with customers, building sustainable relationships and leveraging customer insights and decision criteria to drive solutions and strategies across the organization which address
