Job Details

The primary responsibilities for the role is to support the Global finance team in the monthly management accounting and reporting for the central entities.

Responsibilities:Support the monthly management accounting and reporting process for the Global corporate entities in the UKMonthly bank postings and reconciliationsIntercompany transaction postings and reconciliationAP oversight with SSC to ensure timely invoice to AP and paymentMonthly processing or accruals and prepaymentsAssisting with year-end audits, VAT returns, tax and treasury related itemsCompletion of balance sheet reconciliationsAssisting with the production of year end UK statutory accountsAssisting with running Hyperion reporting at month end such as DSO/DPOS and other related Hyperion tasksAssistance with fixed asset reporting processAssist with ad hoc reporting requirements as directed by the FC or Accounting Manager, to include customer rebate tracking and supporting administration of lease calculations

Work experience:

Part qualified Accountant and / or experience in accountingIndustry experience of 1-3 years in monthly management accounting

Skills and knowledge:Strong in ExcelStrong Experience of ERP systems, preferably SAP or/and HyperionExperience of dealing in a medium to large multi-currency environment would be beneficialUsed to working to monthly and quarterly deadlinesStrong communications, fluent written and spoken EnglishDependable, reliable and trustworthy Self-motivatedAbility to work as team and independentlyRemains calm under pressureFlexible attitudeHigh attention to detailAble to prioritize workload
