Global Accounts ACS Specialist Hunting

HP Inc. is offering an exciting opportunity for a Global Accounts ACS (Advanced Compute & Solutions) Specialist to join our Global T1 Sales Organization.

The Advanced Compute & Solutions (ACS) Business encompasses Workstations, Retail Solutions, and Industry-Specific Solutions.

ACS Specialist will be covering a key role in identifying and developing Global Accounts T1 Hunting Customer- and partner-opportunities within “Specialty” areas Workstations, Retail and Cloud Client Computing focusing on innovative remote and hybrid solutions

Responsibilities:

As an ACS Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with T1 Global Accounts, identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities within the ACS Specialty segment. In this role, you will act as a trusted HP Inc. ACS advocate, collaborating closely with customers and supporting HP Account General Managers in driving key ACS Specialty opportunities.

Additionally, you will drive new business by developing strategic initiatives with alliance and ISV partners, representing HP at key events, and serving as a subject matter expert in complex ACS sales solutions. You will collaborate with the category team to translate market opportunities into a comprehensive business plan, aiming to strengthen market share and optimize profitability.

In this role, you will also engage with international counterparts, sharing best practices and providing valuable market insights to global teams to help shape ACS solutions and future opportunities.

What we wish for you to bring to HP:

Typically 8 – 12 plus years of related experience (e.g. Specialist experience in Workstation, Retail, and Industry Solutions)Knowledge and interest in Advanced Compute & SolutionsVertical industry knowledgeAccount Management skills with End User CustomersAbility to make things happen and drive plans through to a successful conclusion (self-starter).Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and integrityAbility and experience to work and manage virtual teams.Persistency, the ability and will to find a way to make it workCustomer oriented mindset and thinking.
