Inviting applications for the Global Advisory Risk Consulting – Business Analyst - English

Join our team as a global advisory risk consulting intern and embark on an exciting journey to support the newly rebranded and realigned advisory organization at Genpact. As an intern, you will not just observe, but actively participate in various initiatives, gaining hands-on experience while working closely with industry advisory teams, service line advisory teams, and chief information officer/chief data officer advisory teams.

The role offers the opportunity to work with major banks to develop, implement, and enhance their frameworks, strategies, and transformations to meet regulatory requirements and beyond. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing robust project plans, and ensuring banks can effectively respond to the changing landscape of the Banking and Capital Markets domain. The team provides services supporting trading, client services, and regulatory compliance.

The larger team provides smooth, daily data service (run-the-bank, RTB) to internal end users and manages future strategic data solutions, products, databases, and data processing enhancements partnered by technology (change-the-bank, CTB). The intern would be required to oversee a program of work aimed at efficiency and regulatory deliverables, working closely with both Data Services and IT and other teams within the firm where necessary. The intern is expected to own and drive components of the overall solution, be hands-on in detail, and be able to manage and influence others in terms of delivery. It will also include providing inputs into the firm's broader functional architecture efforts and business process re-engineering initiatives.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the candidate the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of change. You will be an integral part of the team, working with and getting the best from all levels of the organization. The candidate will need to understand and articulate the differences between various solutions and their related operational processes and technologies, have an appreciation of the wider regulatory landscape, and define, identify, and deliver strategic solutions.
