The Global and Experiential Programs Manager is responsible for global and experiential program management, including development, negotiation, implementation, advising, recruitment, and application processing of Swanson School of Engineering (SSOE) undergraduates. Individual is also responsible for global experiences project development and administration in SSOE as well as budget management, payment of vendor requests, and management of promotional activities for those projects. Incumbent will take part in presentations, marketing campaigns, information meetings, etc. to interest more SSOE students in global experiential-based programs and to inform these students of the available options. Requires a bachelor’s degree, plus two-three years of global education experience or equivalent and good knowledge of study abroad.

Oversees all aspects of planning, design, and execution of assigned small, routine projects and coordinates with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Assists in timeline development, ensures adherence to timeframes, and adjusts project deliverables to avoid issues. Performs budgetary functions and administrative tasks. Assists with external consultant and vendor selection, negotiation, and management.
