We work with corporations, pension funds, financial sponsors, and governments and are team of strong analytical thinkers, who have a passion for producing out-of-the-box ideas

 RESPONSIBILITIES

Investor Relationship (“IR”) activities for corporate clients as a part of the Equity Capital Market team within Investment BankingPropose IR planning to corporates with ECM / IB bankersArrange IR meetings with global investors together with global Equity Sales and Corporate Access team and includes during roadshow execution related IPOs, capital raising and sell-downsThroughout the proposals and arrangements with clients, provide the highest quality of IR services to enhance relationships and lead to business opportunities

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work with multiple people / teams together with internal stakeholders and work on various IR roadshows at the same timeTeam player and self-starter with a positive attitude Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointPrefer 2+ years of experience in a client facing position in a financial industry
