ABOUT OUR ROLES
Equities Client Integration is a part of the Client Experience organization within the Operations division. The team  supports the onboarding of new Equities clients globally. The team works closely with our clients and internal stakeholders, which includes Sales, New Business Group, Connectivity Team, Configuration Team and Middle Office.  The focus is to ensure front to back setup is in place to provide efficient and timely onboard, with optimal client experience and front to back straight through processing. 

The Equities Client Integration Team has presence in London, New York and Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

The key responsibility of the group is to work in partnership with the Equities business and other operations teams to ensure that new clients are onboarded accurately front to back, and in a timely manner to achieve the optimal client experience. The role specifically will be to coordinate the onboarding configuration of new clients trading Equity products and enabling existing clients for new products and markets within Equities.It is the responsibility of the team to proactively ensure any newly onboarded clients have no issues upon commencement of trading. This will be tracked by monitoring the client’s activity for a period of at least 30 days to ensure front to back straight through processing.This role will allow the candidate to liaise with multiple teams globally across operations, technology, and business, and build a good understanding of front to back trade lifecycle for Equities.
