The Senior Manager of Benefits will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the health and welfare programs for CACI. This position will be responsible for overseeing the management of the company’s health and welfare providers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and addressing employee escalations. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and the ability to manage complex benefit programs on a global scale. This is an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities:
Vendor Management:
Responsible for day-to-day partnership with health and welfare providers, ensuring that services are delivered according to contract terms and service level agreements.Evaluate vendor performance regularly and lead negotiations for renewals or new vendor contracts.Partner with vendors to implement new programs, services, and plan designs.Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all benefit programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.Prepare and manage required filings, disclosures, and reports.Program Management:
Lead the administration of health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and wellness programs.Monitor plan performance, utilization, and cost-effectiveness, making recommendations for plan enhancements or changes.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement employee benefits strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.Employee Engagement & Escalations:
Address and resolve complex employee benefit inquiries and escalations in a timely and empathetic manner.Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about benefit offerings and changes.Conduct training sessions and provide resources to HR teams to ensure consistent and accurate benefit administration.Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze benefit utilization and cost data to identify trends, opportunities for savings, and areas for improvement.Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on the performance and status of health and welfare programs.Utilize data to support strategic decision-making and vendor negotiations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in benefits management, with a strong focus on health and welfare programs.Proven experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance in a large, complex organization.Experience in a publicly traded company or a global organization is highly desirable.In-depth knowledge of health and welfare benefits, including relevant laws and regulations.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Highly Desired Skills and Qualifications

The proposed salary range for this position is:
