At Acrisure, we are dedicated to providing exceptional client solutions which include employee benefits that transcend borders. As a Global Benefits Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver top-tier benefits to employees traveling or residing outside the U.S.

In this role as a Global Benefits Consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that ensure their employees have access to comprehensive benefits, regardless of where they are in the world. Your expertise will be essential in helping businesses navigate the complexities of global benefits management and ensuring compliance with international regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple multinational client engagements with limited direction.

Coordination support with local brokers including renewals, ongoing consulting support, benefit reviews and escalations.

Strategic planning and consulting advice for potential clients including Requests for Proposal (RFP) responses.

Drafting statements of work and project plans for clients.

Attend client meetings and internal meetings, execute deliverables based on project scope

Resolve client issues at appropriate level.

Develop and maintain working relationships with carriers, broker servicing networks and other vendors.

Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders.

Complete technical reviews of benefit plan reports and other client deliverables.

Design, implement and manage global mobility plans for expatriates and business travelers.

Mentor and guide other staff members.

Knowledge and Experience:

7+ years of experience as an HR professional at a multinational employer or professional services firm with experience in employee benefits, retirement and health & welfare.

Strong project management skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with others

Analytical thinking with ability to conduct research and analyze data

Life, Accident & Health license required (or willing to obtain)

Bachelor’s degree required
