Global Benefits Manager
**Job Purpose** **:** Responsible for identifying customer needs and driving appropriate solutions related to employee health, wealth, and wellness at CBTS. Supports employee engagement initiatives in benefit programs through communication, education, and branding. Leads the Benefits Department in the administration of the company's domestic and international benefit plans. Serves as the company's subject matter expert for employee health and welfare plans. **Essential Functions** **:** + Establishes partnerships with external vendors and other stakeholders to ensure proper collaboration to enhance health, wealth, and wellness offerings for the global workforce + Serves as the subject matter expert for the benefits department + Directs and reviews the company's domestic and international health and welfare benefit plans with a focus on process improvements and benefit enhancements + Actively participates in the hiring of, transition to, and ongoing maintenance of plan vendors and consultants in order to ensure that plan provisions are enforced and issues are resolved on a timely basis + Manages annual benefit renewal processes for U.S., Canada, India and UK benefits + Provides direct supervision and coaching of benefit department members + Understands and maintains current knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework for each benefit plan and ensure compliance + Oversees all ACA reporting and keep abreast of other regulatory changes affecting domestic and international benefit plans; and ensure company benefit plans and practices are in compliance with external regulatory requirements + Plans and executes communication strategies to convey benefits information to employees in a clear, effective, and timely manner + Conducts periodic internal audits of benefit plans; audit benefit invoices and payroll deductions to ensure timely payment to vendors + Escalation point for complex employee issues relating to benefit plans + Ensures adequate processes, controls, compliance reviews, compliance reporting and audits (including 401(k), Form 5500, etc.) are in place and are completed successfully + Manages the company's immigration process; works with internal stakeholders and outside immigration counsel in support of immigration applications **Education** **:** Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent **Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses** **:** CEBS Certification a plus **Relevant Work Experience:** 8 to 10 years in related field **Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** **:** + ADP experience preferred + International benefits administration experience required + Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and handle requests for sensitive information + Excellent strategic planning skills, creative problem-solving capability, and project management skills.
